Whereas many websites advance the analysis of various researchers,
some focus on facilitating the development of the 9/11 Truth Movement.

This is the website for the group
Scholars for 9/11 Truth & Justice
a group largely comprised of members of the former
Scholars for 9/11 Truth,
who became disenchanted with James Fetzer's
unilateral control over the website that purported to represent them,
ScholarsFor911Truth.org.
The STJ911.org website,

such as Steven Jones and Kevin Ryan.

SeptemberEleventh.org
This site is the home page of the
9-11 VISIBILITY PROJECT --
primarily the work of 9-11 Truth activist Bill Douglas.
It is intended as a resource for activism
in uncovering the truth about the attack
and pressuring authorities to conduct a real investigation.
It contains links to geographically specific
activist-oriented 9/11 Truth sites.
The site describes itself as follows:
We are an action-oriented 9-11 website.
Many good websites already exist offering research
and analysis of the events of September 11th, 2001.
Our purpose is not to duplicate these efforts,
nor to prove or disprove what really happened.
Rather, our goal is to support the 9-11 Truth movement itself,
led by the victims' families' efforts to obtain
full government accountability for the suspicious
and unprecedented intelligence and air defense failures
that took place before and during the attacks.
What you will find on this site are information and tools
designed to help build this movement.

This site is the work of a New York City activist Diane,
who turned her attention to the 9/11 attack
after critically examining the official account it in 2007.

with the 9/11 truth movement often work to dissuade
intelligent and influential individuals
from questioning the official account.

The site has an active
forum.
Cosmos originated a campaign to hold vigils
on the 11th day of every month.
On the Eleventh Day of Every Month,
we call on activists everywhere to take to the streets
in the name of truth.
In every town and every city - and by any nonviolent means necessary -
we will reach out together to our fellow citizens and spread the word.
Observing the monthly anniversary of 9/11 with a united day
of truth action will provide a regularly occurring focus
for the movement, as well as an ongoing reminder to all media,
elected representatives and people all over the world
that the truth will out and we’re not going away.
The 11th will be an ongoing symbol of our presence,
our persistence and our growing numbers.
As this campaign progresses our growing numbers
will encourage more and more people to take action
for truth every day until we reach critical mass.

This site, maintained by 9/11 Truth activist Nicholas Levis,
was launched in the summer of 2004.
It has a wealth of links to resources,

dubious claims packaged as research into the 9/11 event.

MUJCA.com (description)
This website calls itself the
Muslim-Jewish-Christian Alliance for 9/11 Truth (sic):
"a group of scholars, religious leaders and activists
dedicated to uniting members of
the Jewish, Christian and Islamic faiths in pursuit of 9/11 truth."
MUJCA.com
initially trumpeted its existence by associating itself with
the April 2005 lecture by David Griffin delivered in Madison,
9/11 and the American Empire: How Should Religious People Respond?.
MUJCA.com
is apparently mostly the work Kevin Barrett.
Before August 2007, 9-11 Research expressed concerns
about Barrett's apparent sympathy with Holocaust deniers,
based on previously published conversations with
the OilEmpire.us
webmaster archived
here.
However, we removed quotations from that conversation
after Barrett wrote to us to express his belief
that our excerpt of it was libelous.
Barrett's
public statements suggestive of violence
are in stark contrast with 9-11 Research's policy stressing
civility, verifiable information, and rational analysis.
In 2007 Barrett's support for 9/11 junk science
presented as 9/11 Truth typified by postings on
James Fetzer's website
became increasingly obvious.
A July 2007 OpEdNews.com article quotes Barrett as stating:
"I guess I'll have to take this possibility more seriously now [...]
In the past, I have assumed video fakery was far-fetched
and that anyone who endorsed it was probably a crackpot!
Now I'm not so sure."

911truth.org
Founded in early 2004, this site has been a valuable resource
for introducing people to challenges to the official story
because it avoided the swamp of misinformation that has
plagued the 9/11 Truth Movement.
With a significant turnover in its board of directors
in late 2005, 911Truth.org's emphasis changed to reflect
the "big tent strategy" of certain of its principals.
This strategy downplays the damage to the movement's credibility
caused by disinformation
and emphasizes the value of challenges to the official story in
"growing the movement" whatever the rational or scientific merit
of those challenges.

This site follows developments related to 9/11 with timely coverage.
It is often the first to post multimedia files of current events,
such as speeches by notables like David Griffin
and media stories on the 9/11 Truth Movement.
Most of the site's stories have comment threads for public discussion.
911Blogger.com lists a large number of 9/11 sites and videos
without commenting on their journalistic standards or lack thereof.
Like many websites that reflect a

philosophy,

promotes articles that attack the official story,
but avoids work exposing flaws of work packaged as 9/11 truth.
