FEMA was entrusted to investigate the collapse
of the World Trade Center buildings.
It did so with a mere $600,000.
FEMA functioned to make sure that there was no real investigation.
FEMA assembled a volunteer team of investigators.
They were not allowed access to Ground Zero.
They could not figure out what made Building 7 collapse:
